As part of Medistri’s digital improvement, we are bringing new features for all customers through our dedicated platform: MyMedistri.
Starting May 5 2025 and onward, all documents such as certificates, invoices and service-related activities will be handled exclusively via your MyMedistri account.
What Changes on May 5
As we transition to a fully centralised and secure digital environment, the following changes will take effect:
- All newly issued documents, including certificates, invoices, and specifications, will be accessible only through MyMedistri.
- The historical Medistri platform will remain accessible for reference purposes for a period of two years.
- Existing MyMedistri user accounts have already been transferred. Users may be asked to update their passwords in line with updated security requirements.
This move is a key step in our digital transformation, giving you greater autonomy, faster access to documents, and improved service management.
Information Security & Documentation Traceability
MyMedistri has been developed in line with the operational needs of regulated industries, where secure data access and traceability are essential.
The platform offers:
- Centralised document access: Certificates are associated with each order and can be filtered by product, lot number, or organisation.
- Audit readiness: All required documentation is available for immediate retrieval during inspections or internal audits.
- Secure access: All data is stored and managed in accordance with strict data protection protocols, with platform access governed by user credentials and role-based permissions.
These features support clients’ compliance processes while strengthening operational oversight.
